Developed a strategic plan for a new nonprofit entity, merging four independent programs to increase their overall effectiveness and impact in a regional metropolitan area.

 Created the first statewide social indicator report on family violence for a State Government agency.

Convened academic faculty, administrators, students and community members to create a high-profile international community-based research program for a public university and wrote the program’s first implementation manual.

Researched, wrote and produced a regional blueprint to transform a system of homelessness services and implement a citywide Rapid Rehousing initiative for a regional housing and homelessness planning non-profit.

Facilitated and drafted a regional school readiness plan with ownership and accountability for results from the public schools, regional governments, non-profit and private sectors.

Created an “Action Agenda” for a coalition of funders, non-profit, private sector and public stakeholders to improve the quality and scope of a city’s out-of-school time opportunities.

Using a data-driven community planning process, helped urban community leaders set agreed upon criteria, identify a target neighborhood, and jumpstart preparation for a forthcoming federal funding opportunity.
